Please kindly inform your customers of the following important notice:

Starting from 1st July 2025, if your customers wish to request an  (E-Invoice), please take note of the following requirements:

✅ Application Guidelines:

1️⃣ Must notify our company within the same month of placing the order.

2️⃣ Please indicate “E-Invoice required” in the REMARK section when placing the order.

3️⃣ Complete information must be provided (all fields are required):

    •    TIN Number:
    •    Identification Number (IC):
    •    Phone Number📲:
    •    Email Address📧:

🔹For Company:
    •    Company Name:
    •    Company Address:
    •    TIN Number:

    •    MSIC CODE:
    •    Company Email📧:
    •    Company Phone Number📲:

📌 Example for Clarification:

If an order is placed on 1st July, and an E-Invoice is required, the request must be submitted by 31st July.

If an order is placed on 31st July, the latest to inform the company is 1st August.

⚠️ Failure to inform within the given time frame will be considered as no invoice required, and the company will not be able to issue the E-Invoice retrospectively.
